Just wanted to share some great news. With CDM’s enthusiastic approval, Summit is promoting Frank Richardson to the role of Director of Estimating!

We appreciate SO MUCH all the great work Frank does to train our Estimating staff, review bids, assign projects, improve our processes, and bid and secure great projects for Summit.

Phil and our amazing Summit crews are doing beautiful work we can all be proud of, at the new Downtown YMCA. The recessed light pockets in the main stairway are particularly challenging (and cool), along with some nice radius soffit work being done around the gymnasium and track areas. Meet Conan!

Outside of work, Conan enjoys keeping things simple and meaningful—spending time fishing, camping, and taking road trips with his wife, with whom he shares most of his free time. Whether it’s the Oregon coast or a Seattle Mariners game, he’s always up for a good adventure ⚾️🌲

Conan is a proud father of three boys and grandfather to six grandchildren, and nothing means more to him than time with his family.

We’re proud to have Conan on our team and appreciate everything he brings to the crew!
