Location: Meridian, ID
Compensation: $35-$38hr + Performance Bonuses = 100K + year
Schedule: Monday-Friday - No On-Call !!
⭐️⭐️ We’re looking for a Top-Tier Service Plumbing Technician who brings more than just technical skills- you know how to build trust, communicate clearly, and turn everyday service calls into raving fans and loyal customers!
This is a customer-facing, sales driven role for someone who takes pride in both their craftsmanship and their ability to deliver a five star experience
What You’ll Do
✅ Diagnose and perform expert-level plumbing repairs and installations
✅ Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every call
✅ Present solutions and educate customers on options
✅ Confidently recommend and sell-services/products that meet customer needs
✅ Communicate clearly and professionally from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a service plumbing technician
• Strong customer service mindset (friendly, professional, trustworthy)
• Comfortable in a sales-oriented role (ability to present options and close work)
• Excellent communication skills- you can explain complex issues simply
• High attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years experience as a service plumbing technician
• Pass drug and background tests
• Valid drivers license + cleaned driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Reliable, coach able, and team-oriented
