The owner, Jayme Butler, was born and raised in Kuna, ID and has lived and worked in the Boise area his whole life. We'll help keep your home comfortable throughout the year. 🦚 We see a lot of unexpected things in this industry...

Dirty filters? Every day.
Frozen coils? Absolutely.
A peacock casually walking around the heart of Boise? That was a new one.

One of our technicians was at a service call when he spotted this beauty strutting around like he owned the neighborhood. No hurry. No worries. Just living his best life.

We considered offering him a job, but he seemed more interested in showing off than changing filters. 😄

🚨 We Found It. The Filter That Refused to Retire. 🚨
Our technician pulled this furnace filter out today, and we're honestly not sure whether to replace it... or nominate it for a historical preservation grant. 😳

This filter has seen things.

It was so dirty that the filter media separated from the frame and started falling apart during removal. We're not saying it was overdue... but we're pretty sure it remembers when gas was under $2 a gallon.

For reference, your furnace filter should be changed every 1–3 months. This one appears to have been on the "I'll do it next weekend" maintenance schedule for the last several years. 😬

The good news? We caught it before it caused a major issue. The bad news? We may need to send it to a museum.

Even the frogs know where to hang out when the heat kicks up 🐸❄️

One of our technicians found this little guy tucked safely inside an AC unit during a service call today. Don’t worry — no frogs were harmed! We carefully relocated him to some nearby bushes where he could stay cool and safe. 🌿

🌀 Surprise guest of the day!

Our tech was doing annual AC maintenance when he found a tiny snail cozy inside the unit. 🐌❄️
