Where is Scabby?

Currently Scabby is at the intersection of US-6 and Airport Rd in Portage at the new BJ’s wholesale club. Elite roofing from Texas was hired by BJs, without even requesting local contractor bids. SHAME SHAME SHAME on BJ’s wholesale!
Local labor stands up when skilled labor is outsourced and overlooked.
