Here's what I have going on. I'm expanding my business.

What I'm looking for:

A person with passion , motivation and reliable. Ultimately this person will run this side of the business once I feel comfortable.

I'm also looking to add accounts.Full service landscape maintenance..we do what others refuse to do.

Yup I'm adding complete landscape maintenance to my businesses. Yes this includes mowing grass. 😆
I recently purchased a new enclosed trailer. I have all the equipment needed. ( all new or in great condition ).

My goal is to hand pick accounts, customers who care about thier property. I refuse to take on the sand pit yards. Nope. I want the customers who care as much about thier property as I do.
I am offering full landscape maintenance, however if you just want mow, blow and go we will do that as well.. but again.. no sand pits.

So if you know the right person that wants to help this grow , please send then my way. No addicts, excuses, laziness please. A drivers license is a must. Pay is based on experience. No experience is needed but willingness to listen and learn are a must. I am a perfectionist and I will not tolerate anything less.. nor will my clientele.

This position is new and has room for growth and the possiblity of buying out the business in the future

Yes I'm still designing and installing landscapes. And always will.. this person can come work with me on that side of the business as well if they want more money and to learn.
