Hello ladies and gentlemen! We had the opportunity to repair another water damaged ceiling and leaking shower valve for an absolute gem of a customer. They picked out a Moen Brantford tub and shower trim kit with upgraded larger rain shower head and arm. We and the customer were both very happy with the results. Hello ladies and gentlemen! We have been busy bees. This project spanned over February/March. It ended up being much more than met the eye upon starting. Initially we were called to assess the bathroom floor and tile buckling. The ceiling below ended up being out over 5/8" out of level, the same with the bathroom floor. We cut it all out down to the framing and corrected the sag. New subfloor, substrate, drywall, etc. Our customer requested new tile and fixtures. Of course we were happy to oblige and take care of it. We ended up doing some safety concerning electrical in supplement to the bathroom project. We are very thankful to have been chosen to do the work. 🙏🏻

Our number one call! If it rocks or leaks, call us. Wood or concrete, it doesn't matter. We do them all. This one was leaking at the seal for some time and when we pulled it, we found a cracked hub. Full replacement with new everything. Even ended up doing the whole cold line for the bathroom and new shut offs. Please don't hesitate to call and share! *currently we are 2 weeks out. Satisfied Saturdays! We pulled the toilet to replace with an ADA toilet and found this. Customer stated this bathroom was remodeled 6-7 months ago. "Subfloor" was supposed to have been replaced. Welp... We did what we do best. No more seeping, disconnected fl**ge. Supported the drain line where it was needed. There was back pitching on all lines. No more of that either. ADA toilet installed and solid. Thanks for looking and sharing! 🙏🏻

Another emergency leak call done last night! Shut off under vanity exploded and was spraying. Shut off under kitchen was weeping. We decided it was in the best interst of the property owner to replace 4 valves all together and simplify it. Always looking for peace of mind when it comes to these situations. We received a non emergency leak call Friday morning and went to look at it a few hours later. We found both the water heater and softener were actively leaking. They were both 12+ years old. Customer approved and scheduled us for yesterday removal and install. We are fortunate and blessed to have the customers we do. We appreciate you! 🙏🏻 Call us to schedule a free estimate.
