When others ghosted, we showed up.
This customer reached out to four different electrical contractors—none followed through. That’s when we stepped in. We coordinated with APS to safely disconnect and reenergize power, repaired the damaged riser, and got the panel back online.

Power surge took out the AC and had lights flickering — not exactly a good day.

We showed up fast, found the issue (sidenote: it wasn’t the ground, but the neutral 😉👍), and got everything back up and running in no time.

🚧 Exciting things are happening!

We just got started on this big upgrade — removing about 75% of the old electrical, including home runs that were tucked into a soffit (which is getting demoed soon).

We’ll be rerouting those circuits underground, adding dedicated kitchen appliance circuits, a new A/C circuit and bringing this home into the future with smart home tech throughout.
