We got a call on Thursday from a client who we were working with on two previous CBD retail stores asking if we could go to Tucson and do some demo and finish the Verizon Store at Park Place Mall by Monday. We worked all weekend till midnight each night to pull it off. On to the next one...

We got a few framed slat wall panels available if anyone is interested.

We just finished up a 10,000sf office remodel called Executive Suites that is on Greenway Parkway Phoenix. We were brought off a referral from an Architect. We supported the owner who had released the original contractor that did not perform. The remodel was a complete mess. Unfortunate that the owner lost money and time. We not only got the office remodel complete and passed all inspections- we also supported the owner with his seven first floor retail suites that were all remodeled with permits pulled but no inspections and clients moved in and operating. The City was going to shut the entire building down but when we stepped in they supported us to obtain Certificate of Occupancies on all. A legion problems corrected on the restaurants, salons, office suites, and pregnancy support center. We are proud of the work and quality we completed with the support from the City of Phoenix Building Department. There are 48 office suites available for rent of only $550 a month on average.
