After the lease expired for this rental, it was time for some TLC.

The walls were filthy and had multiple holes through the wall in every room. The owner needed this back on the market ASAP.

We started prepping the house for paint immediately after the quote.

We had the house looking like new in no time.

A Before and After - Mesa, AZ

As you can see in the Before Picture, the paint is flaking off pretty bad. To adhere new paint, we prepared the surface by cleaning and scraping. Because the surface is porous, we used a think layer of quality exterior paint coupled. We applied the paint with a sprayer at first and then used a roller to make sure the surface was completely sealed. This product should safely last 5-7 years!

Very pleased with the final product.
