This is when you hire the cheap guy, you get cheap results.
This roof was not properly prepped , cleaned or pressure washed.
Not licensed, insured or bonded, and they are long gone.
Now, the homeowner is stuck with a leaking roof, and the expense to repair it.

We put a total of 120 gallons on this 3,000 sq.ft. multi level roof.

That is 3.5 gallons per 100 sq.ft.
Approximately 32mil DFT (dried film thickness) about as thick as a credit card.

Applied 60 gallons of our Pro-Coat 9800.

Half the jobs we do are fixing what other roofing contractors did wrong.

Coating takes a different skill than tiles and shingles. Tiles and shingles are like auto body parts, bolt off/bolt on, not a lot of skills required.

Coating is similar to the paint finish on your car, most of the work is in the prep. Then, coating needs to be applied at the correct mil thickness.

Most other contractors, handymen, and painters just put a thin coat on. Some even water it down to make it go further....those guys are the worst. Looks good on the surface, but has no longevity.

Coating needs to be applied at 2-4 gallons per 100 sq.ft.

Getting other quotes? Have them identify the DFT (dried film thickness)in their bid.
