Up in Bellemont, Arizona, our crew is currently hard at work transforming this pre-engineered metal building. With roof demolition officially wrapped, we’ve installed new truss purlins to lay the groundwork for a complete new roofing system. Meanwhile, repairs to the damaged wall panels are moving right along.

Building strong foundations for the community.

Construction is officially underway in Chuichu, Arizona! We’re proud to team up with Pimmex Contracting to provide design-assist and steel er****on services for the Sif Oidak District of the Tohono O'odham Nation.

Right now, footings are being set and foundation work is kicking off for two brand-new Butler® pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB):

- Building #1: 4,900 SF
- Building #2: 3,306 SF

Soon, these job sites will transform into two vibrant community centers—spaces built for neighbors to gather, celebrate, and create lasting memories.

Taking structural assembly to a whole new level, literally.

With the foundation poured, our crew in Scottsdale is officially rolling on the "podding" process!

Instead of assembling every piece high in the air, the team moves key structural steel components to the foundation area to build entire frames directly on the ground. Assembling these pods at ground level boosts job site safety, increases field efficiency, and ensures tighter quality control. Once secured, these massive pre-assembled sections will be hoisted and locked seamlessly into the primary steel frame.

Every project begins and ends with the same priority: making sure our people return home safely.

Last month's safety training focused on driving safety—from traveling to and from the job site to navigating active construction environments. While job site safety often gets the spotlight, safe driving plays an equally important role in protecting our teams, our partners, and the communities where we work.

When a commercial metal building suffers severe structural and wall damage, starting from scratch isn't always the right move, or the smartest investment.

Instead of tearing it all down, our crew stepped in to engineer a full revival for this damaged Butler® pre-engineered metal building. We evaluated the structure, sourced custom-fabricated replacement steel, and color-matched every panel so the finished repair looks completely seamless. With demolition wrapped up, we’re officially setting new steel, roof panels, and wall systems to restore its structural integrity for the long haul.

It takes serious planning and technical precision to tie brand-new components into an existing frame without sacrificing performance. That’s where we shine.
