On this job we had a church with a bad sewer line starting from their kitchen area to the outside of the building. The fun obstacle was we could not disturb the floor of the fellowship hall. We had the floor saw cut open to be able to replace the sewer line from the grease trap to the main sewer line. To replace the sewer line we had dug a hole in the kitchen and on the outside of the church and hired Moon Valley Plumbing to perform a task called “sewer pipe bursting”. In this process a steel cone shaped head just slightly larger than the sewer line with a long cable is pulled through the old sewer line with the new sewer line attached to the steel head. After the new sewer line is pulled through, you only need to make your connections at each end. New sewer line with out trenching. By the way the sewer line was 130’ long.

On this job, the homeowner needed a new Water main ran from the meter to the house, but in his situation, the water main had to run under a 7 foot wide paver pad. Other companies were telling him they had to pull up the pavers to trench for his new water main. We were able to bore underneath the pavers and not disturb them at all.
Then we placed a sleeve through the borehole for support for the paver walk way.

This home had cultured marble in it and the shower backed up to the tub. Homeowner needed a new valve installed.
We at DPP took extreme care in carefully cutting out the marble to work from inside the tub.
The new Moen valve and trim comes with a template so we know exactly how far we can cut.
New valve is in and homeowner is happy.

Customer really wanted a free standing tub but others told her no due to the slab being post tension.
We located the post tension cables and broke up the floor around them. Now the homeowner can have the tub she’s always wanted.
