Marley Park - Portico

Fairco was proud to have helped build this beautiful resort on the Salt-River Pima Maricopa Indian Reservation near Scottsdale, AZ. The design by Gilmore Parsons Land Design Group incorporated hundreds of saguaros and ocotillos, one thousand trees and over twenty thousand shrubs, cacti, and accent plantings.

A companion to the existing lake installed by Fairco in 2005, this six acre lake was installed by Fairco and designed by Whitmore Consulting. This lake provides local character and is also the immediate source of water for the reclaimed irrigation system that responsibly feeds the extensive landscaping at Warner Groves, a subdivision of Morrison Ranch.

Living Wall at Ocean Street Condos

This is a beautiful poolside living wall that Fairco - CA created in Oceanside, CA. Designed in conjunction with a local nursery and using a modular installation system from Tournesol Siteworks.
