On Friday, October 23rd, we had our 1st Quarterly Staff Meeting since January. These meetings have been missed, and are important in the success of our crews, and our company. We have the best guys working for Red Oak, and their desire to learn and grow their skills, and work together is unmatched. The hard work each one of them puts in every single day shows, and they deserve all the praise.

The Red Oak 8th Annual Employee Appreciation Event was a big success! We enjoyed spending the evening at The Pavilion @ Las Sendas with great food and entertainment. This was an event focused on the hard work and effort that Red Oak employees contribute throughout the year. One word to describe 2019 was, Growth. The word that we are going to emphasize in 2020 will be, Opportunity. Also, a big congratulations and thank you to the 2019 Employee of the year, Toby Greenslate.
