Archon Electric Inc. Electrical Contractor Archon Electric Inc is a family owned electrical contracting business.

The owner has been in the business since 1993, and knows more about electrical work than nearly all competitors. Rusty Huber, the founder has recently semi-retired and his son Ryan is now running the business. Ryan began his training at the age of 8 years old, working with Rusty every Summer until he was able to go fulltime after graduating high school in 1996. Rusty has always instilled in his em

ployees the importance of getting the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible, and to always do things the correct way (no shortcuts). Over the years Archon has employed as many as 20 employees at a time. Currently, Ryan is running the company in the field and in the office. Very soon, Ryan's brother, Glen will be returning to the company and he will be a very welcomed addition! As you can see in the posts, occasionally my nephews will come out and give Ryan a hand. Ryan's other brother, Chad, has also been a huge help on multiple projects. And, occasionally, the OG, Rusty will come out to the jobsite and offer his help and knowledge.

Hello friends and family, it is that time of year again when Air Conditioning units are pushed to or beyond their limits and can go out. This can be extremely miserable and frustrating while you wait for an insanely busy HVAC company to come repair the unit or perhaps replace it. In the time your AC may be down, do you have a way to stay somewhat cool? Do you have good ceiling fans throughout the house? Do you have one or two mini split units in a bedroom or two or your garage? If not, and you would like to be prepared for an unforeseen event like your AC going out, give us a call. We also work very closely with great HVAC companies we can refer you to!

Our most recent project. What we originally thought would be a simple 200 amp panel change out turned into digging a 4’x4’x4’ pit for SRP, busting out part of a sidewalk, refilling the pit and pouring back a new section of sidewalk! We love these kinds of projects! Please let us know if you or anyone you know has an old, outdated electrical panel that needs to be upgraded!

This last summer was insanely hot (even by Arizona standards), especially on top of that roof! But, it was alot of fun to work with my nephews a few times and teach them a few things about electrical work! It is also great when my dad feels up to making an appearance on the jobsite. His knowledge and experience is second to none and even though his health isn't so great, I value any time that he is able to be there and help out!
