From precisely placed steel reinforcement and proper concrete coverage to pressure-tested plumbing, engineered footings, and structural requirements unique to the site — every detail matters.

On a mountainside project like this, the complexity goes even further. A negative-edge design requires careful engineering, precise elevations, and a properly designed catch basin to collect and recirculate water flowing over the edge.

Pools are what we know & what we do.

But today, we honor our daughter on her birthday.
This sweet angel, Lilly, would be 11.
She passed away from a drowning accident in 2019 and our lives have never been the same since that awful day.
While we have carried our grief & pain, she has been carrying us from Heaven.
While our children have been grasping to our hands in this life, she has been holding ours, leading us on.

Hold on to your loved ones, watch your precious children around water, call your parents, do good to others, for tomorrow isn't promised to anyone.
