Another water test in the books on our grease duct at Chipotle Mexican Grill, passed with flying colors. Water testing should be the standard for every grease duct install.

Wrapped up the grease duct and kitchen hoods install at farmer boys in Mesa.

We passed the smoke test without a single leak, something that inspector hasnt seen in a long time.

When the water test crew showed up I told them "you aren't going to have any leaks, it will be nice and easy"

Once the water test crew finished they go "wow, this the first time in my career out in here in AZ we haven't had one leak on a water test"
