A laundry room does not have to feel like an afterthought.

This Scottsdale space was designed by Living With Lolo around sage green cabinetry, a black LG washer and dryer, and open shelving styled with the same care as the rest of the home. A beaded chandelier and built-in closet turn what could have been a purely functional room into one that actually feels finished.

This Scottsdale living room was designed by Living With Lolo around a full-height textured tile surround, with open shelving styled on either side and a woven pendant overhead that softens the whole room. A round black coffee table and a soft gray accent chair keep the space feeling warm instead of stark.

Most bathrooms play it safe. This one did not.

The Fairway Drive remodel in Chandler leaned into color where most designs pull back. Living With Lolo specified a hand set patterned tile floor in deep teal, paired with warm brass fixtures and a round arched mirror that softens the room's hard lines. A frameless glass shower and open shelving keep the space from feeling busy despite how much is happening underfoot.

A-Team Construction set every tile by hand and made sure the finish held up to a pattern this specific, because a floor like this does not leave room for error.

This Mesa home used to feel like three separate boxes.

The kitchen was closed off, the living room sat below the rest of the house on a sunken floor, and every room stayed dark no matter the hour. A-Team Construction opened the kitchen straight into the living space, raised the sunken floor to match the rest of the home, and finished the new layout with Medallion Cabinetry, Frigidaire Professional appliances, and Quartz Splendor countertops.

This Chandler primary bedroom was designed by Living With Lolo to spark conversation and invite you in at the same time. The bay window sitting area with its curved curtain rod and paired accent chairs gives the room a second purpose beyond sleep. The Phillip Jeffries Ltd. wallpaper behind the bed turns the whole wall into a statement without overwhelming the space.

This is what happens when every space is given the same level of attention.

The kitchen may be the centerpiece of the home, but the dining room is where people gather, celebrate, and connect. That's why this Phoenix remodel wasn't approached as a collection of rooms. It was designed and built as one cohesive experience.

From the flooring transitions to the trim details, lighting, and sightlines, every decision was made to ensure this space felt connected to the rest of the home while standing on its own.

There's a version of this kitchen remodel that could have been fine. Decent cabinets, standard appliances, updated finishes. Done in less time, for less money, and forgettable inside of five years.

That's not what this Mesa family asked for. And it's not what A-Team builds.

Medallion Cabinetry because the box and the door and the hinge all have to hold up the same way ten years from now. Wolf Gourmet appliances because when a homeowner cooks on that range for the first time, the quality of the decision should be immediately obvious. Custom craftsmanship throughout because fine isn't a standard anyone on this team is willing to settle for.

The difference between a remodel that ages well and one that just ages is made in the decisions nobody photographs. It's in the prep, the substrate, the tolerances, and the trades who care about those things.
