From leading our dispatch team to supporting nearly every department, she’s built a reputation for always finding a way to get it done. Now, she’s bringing that same drive and leadership to her new role as Trade Operations Manager of HVAC

• Michelle – Trade Operations Manager, Electrical: Since 2014, Michelle has built a reputation for being a strong leader, trusted resource, and someone who knows how to keep things moving. From Plumbing Dispatcher to Team Lead and Dispatch Manager, her years of experience and operational knowledge have prepared her to bring that same leadership to the Electrical team!

• Heather – Trade Operations Manager, Plumbing: Over the last 3 years, Heather has stood out for her communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and bright personality all strengths she’ll bring to leading Plumbing Operations.
