Disconnect your water hoses, cover outside faucets, and have any outside dripping faucets repaired.

HIGH WATER BILLS?
You maybe losing water through your toilet tank.
You can check this out yourself by putting food coloring into your toilet tank.
After about an hour if you see the food coloring down in the toilet bowl you are losing water through the tank,and repairs are needed.
