Before 👉🏼 After 🤩
4912 Alexander Dr. in Metairie has some of the best transformation pictures! This house was well-lived in and we brought it back to life. And the fall decor 🥹🎃

We've heard it before: “We need more square footage.”

When your house starts to feel too small, most people immediately start looking at houses with more square footage but that comes at a higher price. If you're trying to keep within budget, before you start house hunting, think about whether you are running out of space or if you just need more FUNCTIONAL space. There's a difference!

Our homes are designed for the way people actually live and utilizing space in the most efficient way. 👏🏼🏡

We love to look through photos of previous projects to look at what we've done, what projects we really loved, and maybe some things we can improve on for the next one. If we had to do these three projects over again, we'd design it just the same! We love the way these homes turned out and how timeless they are. Might be pulling some inspo from these very soon...👀

It's been a little while since we've shared before and after kitchens, so here you go 👀🤩 Let us know which one surprised you the most! We love to hear feedback from our followers 🙌🏼

A few of our favorite details from our Folse project 🥹 This has been a labor of love and we're so excited to see things really coming together. After years of finding homes with a strong foundation that just needed someone to bring it back to life, designing a home that's being built from the ground up has helped us realize even more, why we love what we do.

Thank you for following along and for supporting us as we've grown! 🩵

If you've been following along then you probably remember some big news we shared back in April... is designing TWO brand new builds in Metairie! 🙌🏼 It's been an honor to work with .developments and .design on this project and these homes on Folse Drive are finally coming together.
