Tore down a simply built 2 level deck and built a better 2 level deck with all exterior screws,galvanized rings hank nails and milled the handrails and screwed them together, used Nashua waterproof tape on top of all joices and stringers to prevent rot,deckboard screws were run in opposite directions to prevent boards from coming loose over time
