All our wood flooring is “ end matched “.
This means that the ends of the planks are cut square and milled to a tongue and groove pattern.
We use a 120”Greenlee NO. 545” Double - End Tenoner to accomplish this task.
Built around 1949 at the height of the old school Industrial Revolution period when cast iron and weight defined quality.
Capable of almost any wood working task it still earns its keep past its 70th year of operation.

Very nice view, both inside and outside in this home .
It features our mill standard smooth larch floors in mixed 4”and 6” width and a very nice view of the Pend Oreille River on its way to Canada.
If you’re looking for a unique wood floor that utilizes a species that only grows here in the mountain west , we can save you some time.
Nobody makes it like we do !

This wood is unfinished now , but will be sanded in place and stained with Jacobean oil stain and coated with 3 coats of Bona Traffic.
