Answered a call to address a water heater with a rusted bottom and separated vent. Further examination disclosed a leak. The customer showed interest in replacing the unit with a Navien tankless model. We proceeded with the installation of a new Navien 240S2.

Discovered the cause of the toilet leak and instability. If your toilet is rocking or moving, it is advisable to address the issue promptly to prevent more significant problems from arising, as was the case here. The repair ultimately required five hours, including drywall repair and painting.

Jason made my 2 boys a steel deer head with antlers.
It's a gun & bow rack.
With their names on them.
My boys loved them. They couldn't wait to put them up.
