Family owned Redi Mix concrete company We are seeking experienced Class B CDL drivers for concrete deliveries. Will train also. Must be able to pass drug test and have valid DOT medical card. Health Insurance after 90 days, 401k after 1 year.
The Mixer Driver's primary responsibility is :
· To deliver and dispense concrete to job sites.
· Exhibit courtesy and proficiency, in a safe and timely manner.
· Maintain and perform basic upkeep of mixers.
· A valid Class B CDL with Air Brakes Endorsement is required to perform in the role.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Be fully aware of and observe all governmental and company policies.
· Make sure each load of concrete has the correct ingredients and fulfills the specifications of the order.
· Safely maneuver truck in difficult to reach locations.
· Help to establish good company - customer relationships by being safe, courteous, and on-time to pours.
· Realize that as a Mixer Driver for Modern Metamora he/she is a lead sales person as well as a goodwill ambassador; therefore, he/she must represent Modern Metamora with prompt, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
· Perform other duties as needed
