HandyDan Handyman Service is pleased to announce that we are now collaborating with an amazing new design company, “Dawn of Design”. The Owner, Dawn Marakby, created this company with the primary goal of designing spaces where one's soul can thrive, find peace, and joy. Using innovative techniques to understand her customer and unlock their unique vision and bring that vision to life. “Dawn of Design” is masterful at finding just the right pieces, colors, textures, lighting, and even aromas to create a truly unique customer centered space.
This is an exciting but big step for HandyDan Handyman Service. As I’m sure my customers can attest, we are very diligent and dedicated to holding ourselves to the highest standards possible to deliver the best overall customer experience. This is the first time that we have had the confidence in another organization, to subcontract with them as well as utilizing their expertise in subcontracting for us.

Just finished a subfloor repair project over the holidays. Unfortunately the project was more extensive than originally anticipated. We ended up having to replace multiple joists that were just to rotted to save. We installed a dehumidifier in the crawl space to reduce the humidity that is causing the issues. We also had to replace both entry doors due to rot. Before and after pictures shown.

Just finished tiling a shower today. I think it turned out pretty good.
