🌧️ It Rained After My Lawn Application… Now What?
Good news — a little rain is often exactly what your lawn needs.
For most fertilizer applications, water helps move nutrients into the soil where grass roots can absorb them and grow stronger.
💧 Water helps activate the fertilizer
🌱 Nutrients move into the root zone
✅ Your lawn can begin putting those nutrients to work
What about the w**d control?
Don’t panic if it rains after an application. Results aren’t always immediate. Many w**ds can take typically 7-10 days to show signs of decline, and some may continue to appear as the season progresses
That’s why Patriot offers service calls if you’re not seeing the results you expected.
The bottom line:
Rain doesn’t automatically mean your application was wasted. In many cases, it’s actually helping your lawn.
