Yesterday marked 2 years of Johnson SPD, and honestly, it’s hard to put into words how thankful we are.

These last two years have been full of long days, late nights, stress, dirty boots, growth, and a whole lot of learning. There have definitely been times we’ve wondered how we were going to keep going, but somehow, with the support of our customers, community, family, and amazing team, we have.

Every call, referral, review, share, and every person who has trusted us with their home or business has helped get us here.

Thank you for supporting our family, believing in our company, and helping Johnson SPD grow into what it is today. We truly could not have made it to 2 years without all of you, and we are so grateful. 🖤

When my wife and I packed up our lives in California and moved back to Texas, we didn’t have much besides hope that things would work out. Dana Busby was the one who gave me my first job here. He didn’t have to, but he did. Because of that opportunity, my family and I were able to get established, qualify for a loan, and buy our very first home. Looking back, that one opportunity changed the direction of our lives in so many ways.

No matter what happened over the years, that is something I will always be grateful for. It’s a reminder that one act of kindness can have a lasting impact on someone’s life.

I’m praying for Dana’s family and everyone who is hurting. I can’t imagine the pain you’re feeling, and I pray God gives you strength and peace in the days ahead.

Rest easy, Dana. Thank you for taking a chance on me all those years ago. You’ll always be a part of my story. The plumbing community lost one of its own. ❤️
