The client needed to install a floating vinyl floor, but the existing mortar mix surface was not suitable due to its lack of levelness and smooth finish. A cost-effective solution was implemented by applying a self-leveling floor system over the prepared surface, correcting imperfections, uneven areas, and porosity. This approach created a completely smooth, uniform base ready for the vinyl floor, ensuring optimal adhesion, durability, and stability. The project was completed quickly and efficiently, reducing labor time and costs compared to traditional methods, fully meeting the client’s expectations and providing an ideal foundation for the final finish.

Private Gym Floor for luxury mansion.
This project involved the transformation of a dedicated area within a luxury mansion into a fully functional private gym. The flooring system was built through meticulous surface preparation, moisture control with a v***r barrier, silica sand broadcast to enhance bonding, and the installation of a self leveling underlayment to achieve a flawless surface. Two coats of EZ COAT were applied to protect the underlayment while delivering the client’s desired color, followed by a high performance, high traffic sealer to ensure durability, resistance, and a premium finish suitable for intensive use.
