Us Construction is proud to be bringing .mia to Concourse H at Miami International Airport.

Designed as a micro-hotel concept for travelers with long layovers, delayed flights, or the need for a private space to recharge, Wait n Rest offers guests a comfortable place to rest without ever leaving the airport. The concept provides private suites where passengers can sleep, work, refresh, or simply unwind between flights.

Construction is progressing steadily, with electrical, mechanical, and fire protection systems currently being installed as the space takes shape.

We’re excited to help bring this unique hospitality experience to life- and it’s just one of many projects we have underway at MIA, with more to come.

In honor of June being , we’re spotlighting a project that truly lives up to its namesake: .

As the Orlando version of the classic South Beach hotspot, Mango’s brings the same vibrant energy, live performances, and audience-driven entertainment to a larger-than-life, two-story destination.

Built from the ground up by Us Construction, the 55,000-square-foot venue was designed to deliver it all under one roof: restaurant dining, nightlife, live performances, private events, commercial kitchens, and unforgettable guest experiences. With a contract value close to $30 million, the space spans the equivalent of three full football fields of bar space and can host up to 2,000 guests.

From complex structural coordination and commercial kitchen buildouts to immersive lighting, AV integration, and high-capacity systems, every detail was built to perform at scale.

Projects like this reflect the standard we bring to every build: lasting quality, thoughtful craftsmanship, and spaces made to impress long after opening night.

From New York to Miami Worldcenter. 🍝 brings its iconic Italian dining experience to one of Miami’s fastest-growing destinations.

Our team transformed a raw grey-shell space into a vibrant, Mediterranean-inspired restaurant featuring warm textures, custom millwork, signature design details, an inviting bar, and seamless indoor/outdoor flow. From kitchen infrastructure and full MEP integration to lighting, acoustics, and refined finishes, every detail was built to support both beauty and performance.

Built through close collaboration with the Serafina team and their designers, this project is another example of thoughtful ex*****on delivered with precision by Us Construction.

A taste of the Mediterranean in the heart of Miami. 🍦🇬🇷 Go Greek brought authentic Greek frozen yogurt to Miami Worldcenter, serving a product made with ingredients shipped directly from Greece.

As the first Go Greek location in Miami, this project marked the beginning of a great relationship. Since then, we’ve completed their Coconut Grove location and are currently working with their team on several more locations to come.

We’re excited to support Go Greek’s continued growth and help more people discover what frozen yogurt is supposed to taste like.

For this Plantation location, Us Construction partnered with The ONE Group Hospitality to bring that vision to life through a full interior buildout.

From the signature sushi bar to custom millwork, lighting, and acoustical elements, every detail was shaped through close coordination across teams (design, construction, & operations) ensuring the space honors the spirit of the brand while performing seamlessly day to day.
