It’s always rewarding to experience the spaces we’ve helped bring to life.

At at , guests continue to gather for great food, blockbuster films, and memorable nights out. Seeing the venue thrive years after completion is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

From seven luxury theaters and a 360-degree bar to in-theater dining and premium finishes, every detail was built to create an elevated entertainment experience. Despite the challenges of constructing within an active outdoor mall while the development was still underway, our team coordinated closely with the landlord and project stakeholders to deliver the project ahead of schedule.

The perfect summer getaway. ☀️

Located in the Florida Keys, is America's only private island resort, accessible only by boat or seaplane.

Our team completed the full interior reconstruction of the resort's restaurants, bars, spa, fitness center, retail store, and gathering spaces, delivering elevated craftsmanship while preserving the luxury that defines the Little Palm Island experience.

Working on a remote island required careful planning, with all materials, equipment, and personnel transported by barge. Through close collaboration with the ownership team, designers, and specialty vendors, we helped bring this iconic destination back to life.

Perched above one of Miami's most iconic nightlife destinations, Giselle offers a rooftop dining experience where elevated cuisine, immersive design, and skyline views converge in an unforgettable setting.

Delivered in just four months, this project reflects our expertise in executing complex hospitality spaces under demanding conditions. At .miami, our team constructed a three-room rooftop restaurant atop an active 24/7 entertainment venue, coordinating advanced infrastructure, specialized building systems, and premium interior finishes within a highly constrained footprint, all without disrupting operations.

Working alongside Maven Development, our team led the project from feasibility and design coordination through construction management and comprehensive infrastructure upgrades, preserving the building's historic character while bringing a Michelin-level dining experience to life.
