The transformation begins with a clean slate.

At 900 Biscayne, we’re making progress on the demolition phase of this approximately 8,000 sq. ft. renovation. We’ve completed the first phase, covering around 4,000 sq. ft., with the removal of wall finishes, wood panels, curtains, lighting fixtures, and flooring to prepare the space for its next chapter.
