Some builds just stay with you, and this one still stands out. Aetna’s 70,000 sq ft regional HQ at Plantation Walk is open, bright, and built to inspire. Lofty common areas with exposed architectural details, gathering nooks for collaboration, and a sleek fitness center that puts wellbeing front and center.

Smart acoustic design protects focus without isolation, while greenery and glass keep every space feeling alive. A workplace that worked then and still works now.

The Mexican just opened their second location in Miami, bringing the bold energy of their Dallas original to Brickell. The space speaks for itself. Curved wood ceilings that flow through multi-level dining areas. Custom tequila displays backlit to showcase hundreds of bottles. Textured walls, intricate booth installations, and statement lighting throughout.

This wasn’t a standard restaurant build; it required coordination, precision, and teams who could execute bold design without compromise. Every detail is built to match the energy The Mexican brings to Brickell.

Casa Tua doesn’t do standard dining experiences, so we didn’t deliver a standard build. This project marks our second collaboration with Casa Tua, following our work at Brickell City Centre. This project was all about honoring the Italian tradition while making it feel right at home in Miami. Custom woodwork, open layouts, retail spaces that invite exploration.

Every choice made to support what Casa Tua does best: making guests feel like they belong. A build that respects the brand and the city it now calls home.
