Wow what an amazing 60th birthday celebration it has been so far. I was surprised at the office on my birthday eve, and then lunch at Smith & Wolinski and golf at the exclusive Fisher Island with Kam.

Here is our next project. This one is extremely close to home as I attended Richmond Heights Middle School in 1974/76. As a tribute Forair will complete this project and restore the HVAC in this historical school.

Update: The old equipment removed and new is installed and operational. Project completion soon

Update Trump-Doral Chillers

The motor on the first chiller has been completely rebuilt thanks Johnny @ Florida Electric Motor. Installation in progress, more updates to follow

900 tons temporary cooling to supplement capacity of two 800 ton York chillers that have failed. @ Trump National Doral Miami

Forairs most recent accomplishment. The replacement of a 760 ton chiller at the iconic Miami Tower building. This new York YZ Magnetic Oil less chiller is the first in the territory. Thanks to all who contributed to this very successful project! Onward!! @ Miami Tower
