Years ago, I randomly chose this Wynwood building as the backdrop for my pillow business photoshoot.
Today I have been given the opportunity to work in this very same building as an architect.

As 2026 begins a new chapter in my career and professional growth, my pillow business continues - still creating, still dreaming, still making pillows. Proof that you don't need to leave one dream behind to step into another 🤍

Only 2% of Architects are Latinas in the USA, and today, I am proud to be one of them!

After years of trying and pushing through life's curveballs, I can finally say these words:
I am a Licensed Architect!!!

This wasn't a straight path. It was late nights after kids went to bed , studying with a tired mind and lots of doubts but a determined heart ❤️

Marriage,motherhood, testing, failing and responsibilities could have stopped me but instead they fueled me. ❤️‍🔥

I have reached a milestone and also joined the 2% of Latina Architects in this country. Representation matters and I am proud to be part of that small but growing number. 📈

To every woman balancing family, career and dreams; your timeline is your own. Keep moving forward, even slowly you will get there! 💫💫

Artist transformed our pillow fabric remnants into a beautiful art, now on display

Instead of letting leftover textiles go to waste, they became part of something beautiful, meaningful and completely unique.

Sustainability isn't just about reducing waste, it's about reimagining what materials can become 💫
