Water is essential to life, yet millions of people live without it. 771 million people – 1 in 10 – lack access to safe water; The water crisis is the #5 global risk in terms of impact to society, announced by the World Economic Forum in January 2021; 122 million people depend on surface water, like a river, to meet their basic needs.

Empowering women is critical to solving the water crisis. Women and children bear the primary responsibility for water collection. Women and girls spend 200 million hours every day collecting water. This is time not spent working, caring for family members, or attending school.

We loved partnering with our friends at on the buildout of their beautiful headquarters!

Golden Sands Construction Managed the buildout of the 10k SF office at a Class A office building in Plantation Walk, working closely with designer and architect to value engineer and specify products that could be delivered under a tight schedule during the COVID-19 pandemic, and meet our client's high quality standards. 

Our team delivered the space through collaboration with the building management team at while overcoming a challenging smoke evacuation system with the help of .

We are all smiles at Golden Sands! Last week our CEO John Fedele visited our ground up Denver project with Superintendent Russell Scovel. Golden Sands is completing a ground up new banking center and demolition of the existing retail branch. Great progress team!
