Our Story
Welcome to U.S. Structures, Inc., a South Florida based structural engineering firm and general contracting company. Our engineering services include structural analysis, design, and preparation of construction documents, construction administration and inspection for new construction, additions, repairs and renovations. In addition, we provide threshold and special inspection services, structural evaluation of existing buildings, structural feasibility studies, structural re-certification and forensic engineering. U.S. Structures, Inc. is committed to maintaining an unsurpassed reputation for technical excellence, innovative solutions, and responsive services to our clients.
To compliment over 23 years of design and construction related experience in South Florida, U.S. Structures, Inc. has made the natural expansion into Construction Services. Our division of general contracting services has been established as a result of our vast experience with South Florida construction and the need to provide professional and reliable Contracting in our area. Mr. Toledo has been a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida since 1998. In that time Mr. Toledo has provided general contracting services along with concrete restoration and waterproofing for projects extending between Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. Work has included simple additions and interior renovations; complex structural repairs; historic restoration; and restoration and waterproofing of high-rise condominiums. As a licensed Structural Engineer and General Contractor, Mr. Toledo has the unique perspective of approaching projects from both major vantage points, and is able to anticipate project conditions before they arise.
