Apartment remodeling: Work done from 12/9/24 to 12/24/24, 15 weeks, 80 days worked. Work done in Hallandale Beach, Florida, USA.
1- New floor and baseboards. (45 degree vinyl floor with acoustic insulation)
2- Master bathroom remodeling: new shower with shower replacement, wall and floor tiles. Installation of accessories and toilet and shower screen.
3- General Bathroom: replacement of broken tiles, replacement of toilet, painting of bathtub and repair of ceramic joints with grout
4- Kitchen: cabinets were maintained. New: Countertop with cooktop, sink and faucet. New: Dishwasher, microwave and food grinder.
5- New ceilings: in 2 bathrooms and kitchen with new metal structure and sheetrock,
6- Electrical installation: 29 new light sockets. Replacement of 5 light fixtures and smoke detector. Replacement of 22 outlets and 18 switches.
7- General repair of: walls, plaster ceilings, textures, doors, frames, trim, cabinets and closet furniture.
8- Painting: ceilings, walls, baseboards, doors, moldings and closet furniture.
9- Replacement of 2 entrance doors and 7 windows
