Iโ€™ve always believed that real value is built through the quality of the work you deliver, the level of excellence you bring to every project, and the ability to do it ๐ซ๐ž๐ฉ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ž๐๐ฅ๐ฒ and ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ฎ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฅ๐ฒ.

When we designed ๐๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ณ๐ณ๐จ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฅ ๐’๐จ๐ฅ and ๐๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ณ๐ณ๐จ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š ๐‹๐ฎ๐ง๐š on Fisher Island, there were people who questioned the vision. We believed in it, we delivered it, and those residences went on to achieve some of the ๐ก๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ช๐ฎ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐จ๐จ๐ญ in the market.

When designing this waterfront residence, I wanted the architecture to feel like a natural extension of its environment. Every element was carefully considered, from the way light moves through the home to the seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

The terraces, water features, and open spaces were designed to create moments throughout the day, whether gathering with family, enjoying the view, or simply taking in the quiet.

A home should do more than house life. It should enhance the way we experience it.

When you have a setting like this, you donโ€™t need to compete with it. You design around it.

I wanted this home to capture the feeling of living on the water in Miami, waking up with the light, opening the doors to the breeze, watching the sky change over the bay, and ending the day with the city glowing in the distance.

The architecture was shaped around those moments. Glass opens the rooms to the views, terraces extend everyday life outdoors, and warm natural materials bring softness and comfort throughout the home. Even the way you move from one space to another was considered so that the water and landscape are always present.

To me, a beautiful home isnโ€™t only about what you see. Itโ€™s about how it makes you feel when youโ€™re there.

That feeling shaped this house from the beginning, with indoor and outdoor living designed as one. Mornings begin with the water in view, afternoons unfold across open terraces, and as the day changes, so does the atmosphere inside. There is an ease to moving through the spaces, nothing feels closed off or disconnected from what surrounds you.

For me, that is what designing a home is really about. Creating the backdrop for how you wake up, how you gather, how you slow down, and how you experience the everyday.
