Meet the next generation of engineers. 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

This summer, McKenna, Derek, and Sean stepped beyond the classroom and onto real jobsites, gaining hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, fabrication, preconstruction, project management, and field operations.

From visiting active projects to learning alongside experienced professionals, they experienced firsthand what it takes to bring complex HVAC systems to life.
