SKYLIGHT TECHS seeks to build relationships with local developers, architects and construction project managers and all those involved in the redevelopment of the city. SKYLIGHT TECHS is a licensed and insured Low Voltage Electrical Contractor with over 15 years of experience. We will offer you and your clients great knowledge, products and reliability. Every project that we start we supervise and

execute. We have done many High End Residential, Commercial and Mixed Use projects along the coast from Miami to the Palm Beaches and have had the privilege to work with well known developers, contractors and architects in South Florida such as Alta Developers, Arquitectonica, Bermello Ajamil, Brick O, Civic Construction, Equipo 18, Michilli Inc., Revuelta Architecture, Solid Builders Inc., Verdex Construction and many more. This year alone we have been awarded and are currently working on the following: 2500 Biscayne, Bay Harbor One, KAI at Bay Harbor, The Ivory at Bay Harbor, Le Parc Brickell, The Mile at Coral Gables, The Monarch Hotel at Bay Harbor, Sabbia Beach at Pompano and The St. Regis Residences at Bal Harbour. We have also recently consulted, quoted and worked on other projects including mixed use, commercial buildings and worship centers. In the past we have had the privilege to work on and complete 601 Clematis in West Palm Beach, Bal Harbour Shops, The Blue, The National Hotel, The Palms Hotel at Miami Beach, Parc Lofts at Midtown, Onyx on the Bay, Opera Tower, and The Shore Club among many more. Our scope of work includes any and all low voltage work such as access control, security, cctv, audio/video, voice and data, structure wiring, fire alarms and many luxury custom home automations.
