After nearly a year together, our 2025/2026 Leadership Cohort has officially graduated! The future of Ardurra is in good hands because leaders like these are building it!

This group wrapped up the program by presenting a capstone project to Ardurra’s executive team and giving back to the Denver community through a volunteer partnership with Volunteers of America, where they assembled welcome kits for veterans transitioning into housing.

Through new experiences, meaningful conversations, and a commitment to stepping outside their comfort zones, this cohort has continued to grow as leaders and teammates.

Congratulations to our newest graduates. Your leadership journey continues, and we can’t wait to see the impact you make across our teams, clients, and communities.

Phase 3 is officially underway! This final phase of the Corey Road Regional Detention and Stream Restoration Project in Greenville, NC, will bring a 7-acre constructed wetland system to life, reducing neighborhood flooding, improving water quality, and restoring natural stream and wetland functions along the Corey Road and Trafalgar Drive corridor. We're proud to be part of a project that will make a lasting difference for the Greenville community.

Shoutout to our design-build partner, TA Loving. We couldn't ask for a better team to bring this project home.

New faces. Fresh perspectives. Big ambition.

Our summer interns are getting started across Ardurra, and we asked a few of them what they’re most excited about as they begin their experience.

From contributing to real projects to learning from the people around them, their answers say a lot about what makes our internship program meaningful.

Welcome again to Team Ardurra! We’re so glad you’re here!

Ardurra is excited to welcome Central Alabama Water (CAW) as a new client in our growing South region. We've been engaged to support CAW's Lead and Copper Monitoring and Compliance Program in Birmingham, AL, providing integrated services across regulatory engineering, lead service line program coordination, sampling support, GIS services, and public engagement.

Protecting drinking water quality and keeping communities informed is work that matters. We're proud to partner with a utility that takes its EPA compliance obligations seriously and look forward to supporting CAW in this important effort.

One bridge opens. Another breaks ground. Two milestones. And the Ardurra team is proud to be part of both.

Poplar Way Bridge — Lynnwood, WA.
Nearly 20 years in the making, the $60M Poplar Way Bridge has officially broken ground. A new 600-foot multimodal span over I-5, this project reflects the kind of long-term partnership and persistence that defines Ardurra, staying with a client from early planning all the way through
construction.

Edgewater Bridge — Everett & Mukilteo, WA.
Recently, the Cities of Everett and Mukilteo celebrated the ribbon-cutting on the new $34M Edgewater Bridge, restoring a vital community connection after nearly two years of closure. Replacing an 80-year-old structure in a steep ravine with sensitive habitat and limited access, this project is a testament to the technical creativity and perseverance our team brings to every challenge.

From ribbon cuttings to groundbreakings, we're proud to help Pacific Northwest communities build the connections that matter.

Located adjacent to Port Canaveral and the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge and within the North Indian River Lagoon, the Banana River is home to manatees, numerous wading and shore birds, bottlenose dolphins, sea turtles, and seagrass. These estuarine systems are some of the most diverse and fragile ecosystems in Florida. Years of nutrient loading associated with development, specifically septic systems, have taken a toll on water quality. The results are loss of seagrass, the foundation of the estuarine food web.

Ardurra is proud to partner with the Florida DOT, Brevard County, and Port Canaveral as part of the Environmental Look Around and Watershed Approach to Evaluate Regional Stormwater Solutions (WATERS) in developing an innovative stormwater management approach in support of the SR 528 widening, which spans the Banana River, that utilizes septic-to-sewer conversions in lieu of traditional stormwater treatment methods (ponds). This approach, approved by state and federal agencies, will result in over 2,700 lbs/yr of nitrogen reduction in the Banana River, which is over 240 times more effective than traditional methods, in addition to the reduction of 13 acres of critical estuarine habitat that would have been impacted to accommodate 4 new stormwater management ponds.

In addition to the required regulatory approvals, the project has been endorsed by the FL Department of Environmental Protection, the Space Coast TPO, and One Lagoon, part of the Indian River Lagoon National Estuary Program.

Pipes and permits are just the beginning. The real goal is a healthier coast for the communities and wildlife that depend on it.

Happy World Ocean Day.

Every project leaves a footprint.

For the infrastructure industry, that footprint shapes how water flows, how communities grow, how people move, and how natural systems are protected.

At Ardurra, this responsibility is fundamental to our work. Our teams partner with clients to solve complex challenges across water, transportation, aviation, environmental services, and public infrastructure, delivering solutions that create lasting value for the communities and environments we serve.

This National Environment Day, our sustainability pledge is a reminder that environmental stewardship starts with intention and is strengthened through action.

From the big decisions made on projects to the everyday choices made in our offices, thoughtful action makes a difference.

Still thinking about the energy, connection, and momentum from Ardurra JAM!

Our first leadership meeting brought together leaders from across the firm for meaningful conversations, collaboration, and a shared focus on where we’re headed next.

Thank you to everyone who helped bring JAM to life and to our leaders for carrying that momentum forward across Team Ardurra.

Take a look back at a few highlights.
