I plugged the controller in, and it works perfectly—I cannot tell you how much that means to me. As a 71-year-old living with severe arthritis, the spa provides me with tremendous relief. I’m on a fixed income and was fortunate to find this used spa at an affordable price, so having it out of commission has been difficult.

Beyond the repair, your customer service has been truly exceptional—the best I have experienced in a long time. I plan to purchase replacement jets for the spa from your company in a few weeks.
