We successfully restored a fire-damaged residence. Our work included replacing the entire truss system, upgrading it from a flat design to a scissor truss to accommodate a cathedral ceiling, thereby enhancing the sense of spaciousness. We also reconfigured the interior by removing walls to create a more open floor plan. Exterior improvements involved installing new Dryvit on the gable end and around the garage to seamlessly match the existing facade, along with a complete replacement of the roof, soffit, and fascia. Internally, we addressed plumbing repairs, installed a new electrical system, and completed all necessary drywall work throughout the home.
