"We are looking for a skilled Irrigation Field Technician to join our growing team! You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems, ensuring our clients' landscapes stay healthy and beautiful"

Core Responsibilities

System Maintenance:

Perform spring start-ups, mid-season diagnostics, and fall winterization.

Repairs & Troubleshooting:

Digging, locating buried valves, adjusting sprinkler heads, and replacing faulty lines.

Customer Service:

Explain problems clearly, recommend solutions, and advise clients on best watering practices.

Equipment Use:

Safely operate trenchers, pipe cutters, and diagnostic multimeters.

Requirements:

Experience:

1–3 years of hands-on irrigation service and nstallation.

Licensing:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Backflow certification is a major plus.

Physicality:

Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pay Range:

It is time to discuss when to start up your irrigation system.

Amy or Mistie will be in the office starting, and available at any time M-F 8 a.m.-3 p.m. CST, to schedule your spring appointments, and anyseasonal 2026 projects, or Installations.

The services we provide are as follows:

1. SPRING START UP-
2. MID SEASON CHECK-
3. WINTERIZATION-
4. BACKFLOW TEST-
-IF RESULTS ARE TO BE UPLOADED IN A 3RD PARTY PORTAL-THEIR FEE WILL BE ADDED TO THE $70 (EX: $14.99 TO UPLOAD RESULTS PLUS $70/BACKFLOW TEST=$84.99).
5. LANDSCAPE LIGHTING-
6. LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION INSTALLS-
7. REVAMP EXISTING IRRIGATION SYSTEMS-

This season your City/Town may be requiring that you are to have a BACKFLOW DEVICE certification test done. This is per IDEM regulations. If you are unsure if you are to have this test done, please contact your local water department. Keeping It Growing, LLC Irrigation can make this simple and easy for all our customers. If you need this testing done, please let us know when scheduling your Spring Start Up appointment.

Please note:
1. We are Certified with the State of Indiana to perform this test per IDEM regulations.
2. We will do this test at the initial Start Up appointment.
3. We will provide test results for our customers at the Start Up appointment. All customers needing this test will be given the test results, to give to the appropriate parties requesting this testing to be done, to stay in compliance with IDEM regulations, or if test results require a 3rd party to receive these results, Keeping It Growing will accommodate this request.
