No run to Philly today which gave me an extra day off. That means that I was able to finish the grout, caulking, crown and mixer lift which pretty much finished up this kitchen remodel. I'll be back later to change the light over the sink, but it's in a good place for now.

This was a HUGE job, and it's not quite done yet. Cleared a 1,200 foot long driveway of downed trees, old logs and brush. Ended up taking 3 full trailer loads out. Also repairing the walkway. More projects to come on this one. This yard and home are beautiful, and hopefully I can continue to add to it's beauty!

A lot of repair work on this large deck. Unfortunately, it wasn't built properly when it was originally constructed with a proper ledger board or deck board spacing. Also, unfortunately, they can't afford a complete tear down and rebuild, so repair it is. I'll be washing and staining it in the next few weeks. Thrse repairs should hopefully last another 20 years. I also repaired a damaged roof from a destructive little woodland creature.

Definitely underestimated how long it was going to take to powerwash the roof of this mobile home, but it's definitely a huge improvement. Even the neighbor commented on how good it looks.

It's been a crazy busy past few weeks and I haven't even had time to post any pictures. I was able to squeeze in this kitchen remodel in the middle of all of it. All that's left is for me to grout the backsplash and the crown molding.

Started the day with a railing install so my customer could start using her front door, making entry a little easier. Next was to repair her front window with water damage. That turned out to be a much more involved job than expected once I removed the aluminum trim covering the sills and trim boards and discovered extensive damage. All rotted wood was cut away and replaced with custom cut replacement patches and sills. All in all, I was able to extend the life of this old window and save my customer thousands of dollars.

Phase 1 of this kitchen remodel is done. The company is coming on Tuesday to measure for the countertop. I'll be back to finish it up with the tile backslpash and some crown molding. It's a huge change and looks great so far!

Removed the old wood trim and replaced it with PVC so it will never rot again. Also pressure washed the front porch, walkway and back patio. Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures after the pressure washing since the rain had set in while I was finishing up the back patio. I'll hopefully get some updated pictures when I got back in a few weeks to replace a window in the shed. My customer was very happy with the results!
