After a fire hit this historic home in Fairhaven, we were called by Ironwood Studio Co. to fully demo and reframe the existing roof structure, bringing it back stronger than ever 🤝

Can’t thank Brad Dumas and Koopman Lumber enough for the consistent quality lumber and service!

Fun fact this home sits next to one of the oldest and most valuable fishing ports in the country 🎣 Once a hub for whaling and shipbuilding dating back to the 1650s, it remains a cornerstone of the fishing industry today.

Major renovation over in Fitchburg for our friends David & Brittany Chando at one of their first flip projects 🙌🏻 Check out that before and after! We essentially reframed nearly the entire property due to extensive rot throughout. This included a brand-new front porch, a new second-floor dormer with four windows, all new roof sheathing, and new CertainTeed Georgetown Gray architectural shingles. All exterior soffits & trim were replaced with new Azek PVC, which will last a lifetime. We also completed all of the interior framing, which involved relocating multiple walls and addressing significant rot in the subfloor / floor joists to support the next phase of the renovation.
