Tenant in rear unit of a million square foot building called gas company for a gas smell. To properly regain service we have to install sectional valves to allow rear building tenant to maintain gas service. After jumping through hoops and properly scheduling with tenants we were able to get everything back online.

Noticed a wet spot at this high rise apartment complex that never seemed to dry up. After proper sounding/disgnostics we found a leak on the 4” domestic water main. During excavation we found the entire water main was covered with concrete requiring tedious removal to eliminate pipe destruction. With great success the pipe was properly cleaned revealing a crack around. Pipe was repaired and re-pressurized with a final result of leak free function. Water main break at your building or place of work keep us in mind.

Been a busy few months haven’t had the time to sit back and share the fun we have been having lately. Replaced #1 and #2 shut off valves on a domestic meter setting for the Cleveland water department at this commercial property. We don’t only do full residential plumbing and excavation we do all commercial as well. Restaurant that has closed down and now currently under construction forgot to keep the heat on during the winter causing extreme freeze damage. This is just the start of the repairs by replacing split backflow on the domestic water line. We found multiple more issues to be quoted out and repaired at a later date. Backflow testing and repairs/installs we are the ones to call.

This customer had a batch of some thin wall weak cast iron that decided to split behind the first floor wall to the basement causing leaks and extreme sewer gas smells. We cut out all the damaged sections and replaced with pvc for a permanent solution. Sewer gas smells or noticeable leaks from old piping let’s get to it before it gets worse and causes larger issues.

The most common issue we have been seeing lately of cast iron sewer stack rotting out underground at the 90/turn has struck again. Broke out the concrete and exposed the damaged section of piping. Camera to ensure issue free to city main and made proper repair. Slow drains, damaged drains, or ugly rotten drains give us a shout today for a free estimate.

Customer in Strongsville had a domestic water line that had a pin hole in it that cut through sanitary pvc piping and allowed large amounts of gravel into main causing extreme back ups. After making proper repair to water line we jetted to remove all gravel and installed a new cleanout tee and riser. Sewer issues we got your back.
