Straub Surveying, a close-knit 13-person firm, is expanding! We’re proud to support contractors and provide top-notch boundary and mapping services for architects, engineering firms, and residential clients. We’re currently seeking a skilled and motivated Chief Surveyor to lead our Boundary Group.

About the Role:

This is primarily an office-based management position, but opportunities for field work are available. We're looking for a true leader who is ready to grow with us—both professionally and, potentially, through future ownership in the company.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

At least 5 years as a licensed Land Surveyor
Experience with laser scanning
Proficiency using Leica equipment and Carlson software
Strong leadership and organizational skills
A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentorship
