The Big Job that is still on going. Tore off rotten cedar (ROTTEN cedar), resheathed, moved doorways, tore down and re-engineered a few walls, reframed pocket door, four bedroom doors, 3 closets, bay window to solid pane window, fixed fascia wear needed, Rotten corner of the home, front porch demoed and reframed, opened up French door opening to triple sliding glass door, 3 truss repairs, pulled all drywall nails left in walls.

(Call for an estimate) Apartment flip in palatka, gutted kitchen, bathroom minus tub, sanded and repainted entire apartment, switched all outlets and faceplates, moved light that was almost in closet to the center of each bedroom and retextured, added wall in closet next to washer that was also added for convenience, installed ceiling fans in each bedroom, installed missing bifolds, swapped toilet, re epoxied tub, installed new threshold and weather strips, added door sweep, installed all new appliances, installed new cabinets and kitchen sink.
