This homeowner is now going to be taking in the sunshine from their BRAND NEW ☀️ SUNROOM ADDITION. ☀️

We faced the unpredictable weather in getting this project started but the weather broke just enough time to get the foundation in the ground. In just a short bit of time we have successfully completed this addition. This completed Sunroom comes just in time for the homeowners to soak up all of the Spring time 🌸 🏵 🌼 Sunshine in their new space.

The remaining snow on the ground presented a little bit of a challenge, but our determination led us to getting the job done. 💪
What we mean by getting the job done is that we took a step forward today by staking out to find the setbacks for our upcoming Spec House #️⃣2️⃣.
This milestone marks the beginning of turning someone's dream of homeownership into a reality. 🏠
